Worst dollar tree ever I was buying some drinks and snacks I asked for cash back as minimum of $10 dollars and they don’t allow cash back even though they advertise it on their terminal. When they asked the manager she didn’t even try to come over and say anything but did hear her say no. Very poor accountability and professionalism.
Dollar Tree was good. was able to find some things to start getting things to decorate for Christmas as soon as Thanksgiving is over, and they have plenty for it.
The store in Progresso has a lot of items the other dollar trees don't have ,so if your looking for hard to find items....go to Progresso dollar tree.

Went to get a battery for my company service truck the company I work for has a national account with the O’reilly auto parts. The manager in charge I spoke to is Rhonda said that she couldn’t sell me the battery under our national account only cash. It’s sad because I’ve been across the US from California to New York. This has never happened before at any O’reilly I’ve been too. I guess she just was in a bad mood or something. Because I went to the O’reillys in Weslaco Tx and I got the battery with no problems or any kind of hassles.
My experience was quick and efficient.
Guy that serviced us was already in a bad mood as soon as we walked in. The customer infront of us was being given attitude. We understand that somethings can't be done (we went in to get our Discos resurfaced) but he automatically said "Hey! Its a no go. can't do it it, I'm not gonna do it, take it somewhere else if you want, I'm not gonna do it". It was said so rude. Just tell us "can't do it because *reason*" i don't know if the lady that was there was manager but she didn't even step in. Its not the first time this guy has a attitude when we go. Never will come here again. I rather drive extra miles to a shop where they act like they really do want to work.

We had a bad experience with a cashier named Blanca because we were having trouble with my brother's phone to pay she said she was getting annoyed because he never hurried up that if he would've done it faster she wouldn't have a line (there was no line) said shed rather be stacking beer and talking with her coworkers my brother is only 14 I did not want to cause problems so I didn't say anything I do have manners but I hope this comes to managers attention
The way how this store has become is not to my liking. The employees are lazy, store doesnt provide cash back when the system could provide cash back, they literally have to litter with putting up signs so people dont ask for cash back. The self check out just makes no sense to me. Why have a dollar general worker standing and looking me when I am scanning and paying for the items I bought. Like put him to scan and for me to watch.
Very cleaned and organized compared to other Dollar Generals, Staff is friendly and Great people Skills.
